We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for one of our Outlet in Sanremo.

The Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Manager in day-to-day management of employees, business operations, inventory and more.

Key Responsibilities

Perform with high integrity in company compliance with HQBe a role model ensuring the highest level of client serviceRepresent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market placeRecruit and train new employeesManage existing employee schedules and make any needed changeOpen and close the storeEvaluate store sales, prepare reports and suggest ways to increase sales and improve business KPIsAssist the Store Manager in the development of the business or recruiting programs

At least 4+ retail experience in a managerial roleBusiness acumen and commercial focus that drives to constantly look for ways to improveExcellent team leadership skillsManagerial skills and customer service skillsFluent English and Italian, other languages are considered a plusConstant desire for improvementResponsibility and reliabilityExcellent organizational skillsLove for working with peopleAn eye for detail
