The Assistant Store Manager proactively supports the Store Manager in all his daily in-store activities related to staff management and sales performances, and he/she's responsible for the shop when the Store Manager is absent.

His/her main tasks are:

- working closely with the whole staff in order to maximize sales and drive an excellent service to our customers;

- caring about the set-up and implementation of the best strategies for the store;

- staff training and coaching;

- staff plan management;

- KPIs and company goals achievement.

The Job Requirements are:

Knowledge and experience

- A minimum of 3 years extensive experience in retail management with an international sport/fashion brand.

- A motivating personality, excellent organizational & training skills and experience in store opening programs.

- Results oriented with excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English.

- Proficient in PC based data processing capabilities, including experience with Word and Excel in particular.
