The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the house operations run smoothly.

Each pair of Studio Managers and their Assistants partner in different ways, but all ASMs can expect to participate in the following:

Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledgePresenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasksGiving studio toursWorking hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workoutSelling memberships to help the studio thriveFollowing up on prospective clientsHandling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolutionParticipating in marketing and outreach eventsEnsuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organizedBenefits: Competitive salary PLUS bonus potential!Opportunities for advancement!
