- In this position, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Italy Leadership Team and assigned working Team, including but not limited to correspondence, contracts, Purchase Orders, travel, meeting planning and organisation, expense reports, according to Corporate Policies as well as NN Business Ethics Code of Conduct. - Furthermore, you will:
- Act as a coordinator of information and communication within the assigned working team
- Support the budget process: handling contracts, signatures, invoices and maintain vendor relationships
- Provide operative support to Field Force and event organization team
- Coordinate office services and oversee facilities management for the Italian premises
- Follow up with Legal, Compliance and Quality, Medical, Regulatory Functions for pre-approval checking activities
**Qualifications
- To be successful for this role you a relevant degree and a minimum of 3 yrs of experience in secretarial positions, preferably within pharmaceutical industry. You are well organized, dynamic, multitasking, flexible and able to prioritize and manage changing workload and meet deadlines. - In addition, you have:
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Can-do attitude and cross functional approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and peers
- This will be a 1-year temporary contract. **About the Department
