We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Travel Designer to join our team. As an Assistant Travel Designer at DF Tailored Travel & Lifestyle, you will work closely with our experienced team to assist in crafting and organizing unique travel itineraries for our discerning clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior travel designer to create personalized travel itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and needs.

- Assist in researching and selecting exclusive destinations, accommodations, activities, and experiences in Italy.

- Communicate with clients to understand their desires and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.

- Coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation bookings, reservations, and special arrangements.

- Support in creating detailed travel documentation and itineraries for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments to enhance offerings and recommendations.

- Utilize social media platforms to curate and share inspirational travel content, showcasing the company's offerings and attracting potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the travel industry, luxury travel, or hospitality is advantageous.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and familiarity with travel planning software.

- Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.

- Passion for travel, understanding of Italian destinations, culture, and attractions.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Italian, is a plus.
