We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Advisor (40h/week) based in Milan to join our team starting from March/April 2025.

As a Sales Advisor, you will represent the company in front of our customers, ensuring a high level of service in line with the brand's image.

Your goal will be to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty while achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales and service objectives (KPIs).

Responsibilities• Support sales performance goals to increase profitability• Maintain an orderly and attractive store appearance• Manage stock and store operations

Requirements• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude• Ability to work with different technology systems, curiosity to understand processes and data• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (with a focus on Excel/Google Sheets)• Italian mother tongue or business level• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory, part of the interview will be conducted in English)• Proactive in problem-solving• Strong teamwork skills• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and consumer goods
