Assistente Amministrativo
CERIC-ERIC, the Central European Consortium for Research Infrastructure, is seeking an assistant for its administrative office. Deadline for application: 24th of February 2025. We seek a candidate who is eager to help others, friendly, cheerful, positive and self-driven, with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should be keen to learn, adapt and take on new challenges, able to work both independently and collaboratively. They must be highly organized, comfortable with multi-tasking, and demonstrate good attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Responsibilities Financial reporting of all the funded and internal projects of CERIC-ERIC, according to the funding agency's policies, internal procedures and rules of CERIC. Support in drafting of the internal procedures. Support in the preparation and monitoring of contracts. Maintaining and updating CERIC budget and bookkeeping records. Support in dealing with the travel reimbursement requests of the CERIC users. The working language is English. Experience in a similar position for a minimum period of 2 years will be considered a plus. What we offer Fixed term, full time contract (12 months); estimated start of the contract: March 2025. Salary commensurate with experience and skills. Additional annual remuneration (bonus linked to performance). Benefits: 33 days of holidays per year, flexible working time. Medical insurance.
