Join Our Team as a Service Desk Specialist! Are you ready to be part of a dynamic, multilingual team? We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to provide first-level technical support and monitor our customers' endpoint systems and tools.
What You'll Do: Handle first-level requests (HD1) using ticketing tools. Execute standardized support procedures with precision. Accurately document activities and update tickets. Escalate complex issues to second-level teams when necessary. Maintain clear and constant communication with internal and external stakeholders. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in Service Desk or Help Desk roles. Proficiency in Italian and C1/C2 level fluency in at least one of the following languages:EnglishGermanDutchAvailability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
