Job Description:

Activities:

- Assist monthly closing process for operational review and accuracy;

- Monthly reporting & variance analysis;

- Support Budget and Forecast activities;

- Margin and Cost analysis;

- Inventory Management:standard cost update, cycle count reporting, inventory adjustments.

- Department spending tracking, review and communications to management timely.

- Sox and testing.

- Fixed asset management: payback analysis, cycle counting, approval request.

- Support new product development process and review preparation.

- Assist Finance Manager on special projects/analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

A University Degree in economics

Language

- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

Key skills and attributes will include

- 5 years' experience in role

- Attitude in dealing with an international-Multicultural business environment

- Knowledge of financial reporting principles

- Experience and skills in Forecast/budgeting processes.

- Knowledge of cost accounting

- Knowledge of product costing

- Us Gaap accounting principles

- Practical ability in working with office Enterprise System

- High skills with Excel spreadsheets and power point presentation

- Accuracy, reliability and flexibility;

- Good relations skills

- Leadership, motivation to work in team

- High potential individual would be preferred for this position

- Excellent analytical skills

- Results driven, action oriented

- Problem solving attitude, as well as process analysis

- Ability to work alone

- Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal stake holders, customer and fellow teammates at all levels

- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships
