Shimano Italy is looking for a new Assistant Controller to join their team in Pero could this be you?

The Challenge

- Cooperates with internal and external auditors, providing information and acting as a sparring partner.

- Prepares periodic budget reports and forecasts for Management.

- Works to best practice: ensuring clear and consistent documentation, by setting up internal control systems and adopting proper policies for financial reporting (e. g. , IFRS & J-SOX).

- Reviews the financial administration within organization to ensure data remains correct, complete, and up to date.

- Contributes to a well-executed process of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.

- Completes financial analysis of accounting information and compiles reports on operating results.

- Assists with the assessment of processes and systems and improvement initiatives to advance ways of working and innovate for the future.

- In charge for Credit analysis management and related control activities

What are we looking for?

- You should be having familiarity in using tools.

- Good proficiency in excel.

- Good Communication skills in English & Italian.

- You should have at least 2-3 experiences in the similar role or from auditing firms.

- University background in Economic and finance.

- A hands-on mentality and critical attitude.

- A proactive and self-starter attitude.

- Willing to work in team.
