Assoc. Dir, Marketing Comms/Channels
The Digital and Social Channel Associate Director manages the whole digital and Social ecosystem and leads the related activities by planning the overall Strategies, defining objectives, cultivating ideas, managing the execution, defining the approach to optimize the channel results supporting our company storytelling and spreading the messages accordingly.
The Digital and Social Channel Associate Director contributes to define:
- The Digital channel strategy, in terms of Customer, People ad Institution engagement activities supporting a solid omnichannel customer journey, with a strong focus in the managing of the our Company salute platform
- The Social Media strategy and the advertising Media strategy with a strong focus on spending and ROI optimization.
The Digital and Social channel Associate Director is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and passion for digital experience, design thinking, communicating stories & messages in a positive and authentic way, to connect with People on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of engage our customer with high value scientific contents and turning Individuals into Members of our company social Community.
**Responsibilities of Digital and Social channels Associate Director**:
- Define the Digital channel strategy in accordance with BUs and company engagement goals
- Design the User Experience for each digital challenge with a strong focus on an omnichannel approach
- Define and execute the evolution roadmap of our Company salute, the medical scientific information digital ecosystem, as a key pillar of omnichannel customer engagement activities, in terms of functionalities, design, and User Experience
- Design and Develop new digital assets to promote and optimize the digital campaign activities
- Support the BUs in defining the best digital activities to engage our company customers
- Plan, analyze and report key metrics for the BUs and the Top Management by showing digital channel results and ROI (and tweak and optimize strategy as needed)
- Support the BUs in defining and executing digital campaign related disease awareness targeted to people
- Identify & manage third parties provider to support maintenance enhancement and evolution of our Company salute and other digital assets
- Develop the Social Media Strategy in accordance with company and BU objectives and in alignment with Policy & Communication department
- Develop, on a monthly base, the comprehensive Social Media Engagement plan by collaborating with other departments (Marketing, Communication, Medical, etc): calendar, storytelling, content, promotion, engagement, conversion & channels tactics
- Design, create and manage marketing activities promotions to engage and develop the Social community by leveraging on adv campaigns and marketing influencers
- Identify & manage third parties & agencies for creativity and ad-hoc campaigns
- Plan, analyze and report key metrics for Top Management by showing Social Media results and ROI (and tweak strategy as needed)
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising Social media, content marketing, SEO and Social advertising campaigns
- Coordinate the activities of moderation/ response/ monitoring on Social Media in alignment with our company policies
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company
- Propose and implement ongoing education to remain highly effective
- Become an advocate for the company in Digital and Social Media spaces by stimulating an open and data drivend mindset across colleagues
**Requirements of Digital and Social channels Associate Director**:
- Possesses knowledge and experience in the pillars of traditional and digital marketing (marketing degree is welcomed)
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in people management
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Technology, digital channel and Social media with excellent writing and language skills
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, to demonstrate the return of ideas
- Experience in sourcing, developing, managing and publishing content development
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Digital and Social Media platforms, their respective features, and functionalities and how each platform can be optimized in different scenarios to bring business results for our Company
- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
- Exceeds at building and maintaining business relationships, online and offline
- Manages projects and time
- Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics
- Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress
