Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities

Checks account payable records, prepares invoices and vouchers, and balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Uses automated systems to input data, assist with generating reports, and respond to inquiries.

Helps reconcile difficult accounts and provides general administrative support to the accounting team.

**Primary Responsibilities

- Processes daily cash volume

- Assists with processing balance sheet reconciliations including cash, prepaids, and accruals

- Ensures employee payroll data is accurate and up to date

- Assists with identifying financial discrepancies for tax preparation or audits

- Uses bookkeeping software to enter information into company files and databases

- Compiles financial data to be used for reporting

- Performs other duties as assigned

- For roles that require access to hospital facilities, must be eligible for and maintain credentials at all required hospitals, including meeting any applicable physical requirements or vaccination requirements (including the COVID-19 vaccine, as applicable). _
