**Department purpose

With market-leading Italian and international banking and finance lawyers who operate as an integrated team on both Italian and English law transactions, we advise both lenders and borrowers across the full range of financial products: general lending, high yield, leveraged finance, project finance, asset finance, real estate finance, restructuring, securitisation, structured finance and NPE transactions.

**Who we are looking for

We are looking for a bright ambitious Lawyer with an up to 3 years post qualification experience and proven expertise in banking and finance to join our Banking & Finance Department based in Milan.

- excellent academic results

- excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)

- a significant work experience in the banking & finance sector preferably acquired at International Law Firms

- outstanding analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines;

- detail focused and self-motivated approach

- excellent client relationship skills and interpersonal skills
