Marni Group is looking for an Associate Buyer to join the Retail Merchandising team of its Head Quarter in Milan.
**PORPOSE
S/he is accountable for:
- Planning and selecting the orders for the assigned categories;
- Guarantying a maximizing profit and providing a competitive merchandising by fully understanding customer needs and properly forecasting market trends, in order to react timely to market changes and ensure product competitiveness, in terms of pricing and merchandising.
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Selecting of the master order following given Merchandising guidelines;
- Controlling retail performance and stock level by analyzing consumer buying patterns, performing a weekly check of slow movers and fast movers, predicting future trends and regularly reviewing performance indicators;
- Supporting the Merchandising team by reporting and forecasting about sales trends, promotional activities and new ranges of merchandising;
- Supporting to the drafting of the Product Training Book;
- Guarantying an effective product training for Retail Sales Team;
- Analyzing and managing stock carry-over;
- Deliveries and in-store allocations monitoring in support of a collection launch in line with planning.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in business administration, marketing or related fields is preferred;
- Previous experience, at least 2 years, in a similar role is essential within fashion industries;
- Fluent in English and Italian (Written & spoken) is essential, French or Spanish will be a plus;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Product and brand knowledge
- Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
