**We will count on you to**:
- Laise with Clients, Insurers, Client Executives, Lawyers for specific claim-related issues
- Review and understand incoming documentation and new claims notifications
- Determine coverage for incoming claims, through use of knowledge of the policies as well as communicating with Insurers to help Clients manage their incoming claims and ensure that claim management processes adheres to established standards
- Prepare various client targeted reports including trend analysis
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, including annual or quarterly claims review meetings
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree (focus on corporate law)
- 1/2 years' experience as a Claims Advisor
- Be results oriented with a strong client service focus
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
