**Your skills**:

- Excellent graduate degree (e. g.

Master, MBA, etc. )

in economics or engineering.

- Recently graduated or with a first working experience (less than 1 year) as part of a vocational training or during internships in the banking or insurance sector/a renowned management consultancy.

- You are problem-solving oriented and have deep analytical skills.

- You enjoy working in a team and can inspire others with your ideas.

- You are fluent in English and Italian, other languages (preferably German) are an advantage.
