**What You'll Do**:

BCG's Insurance Strategy, Finance & Risk Practice Area aims to be the consulting partner of choice for leaders in the Insurance industry seeking guidance on strategic topics.

We seek to achieve that goal by helping clients find their way amid the ever-evolving, ever-shifting competitive landscape.

By focusing on the fundamental economics of their businesses and the underlying needs of their customers, we help leading Insurance companies rethink their strategic assumptions, identify winning business propositions, and seize new opportunities in the expanding business environment.

You will be a member of BCG's Insurance Strategy, Finance & Risk practice, working alongside some of the world's top minds in the industry.

You will significantly contribute to the development of Strategic, Finance and Risk topics and support our ambitious growth targets.

In this context, you will strengthen our teams dedicated to Risk projects for Insurance customers, working hand in hand with C-levels and key decision makers of our clients.

You will:

- Work on impactful projects that combine a deep understanding of the Insurance business with BCG's trademark strategic expertise, leveraging Strategic, Actuarial, Industrial and Technological knowledge

- Play a role in the growth of our Strategic, Finance and Risk Insurance topics through case execution and client development

- Work on top priority topics e. g. , Strategic Plans, Due-diligences for acquisition/ disposal of insurance portfolios, capital allocation decisions, innovative approaches to manage emerging risks such as Climate and Cyber

- Work with CEOs and all the main CXOs, i. e.

Chief Investment Officer, Chief Underwriting Officer, Chief Sustainability Officer and Chief Risk Officer

- Be part of a team partnering with leading Insurance clients to provide solutions to business-critical challenges on an international level

- Work jointly with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site

**What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)**:

- 2-9 years of relevant experience, either in Consulting firms focusing on Risk-related projects in Insurance or working for leading Insurance companies

- Strong academics

- Excellent time, people and project management skills

- Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex industry concepts in non-technical terms

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English

- Willingness to travel and to work remotely on client sites
