AccountabilitiesHelp desk activities for remote and centralized Maintenance activitiesGuarantee corrective and preventive maintenance task starting, performance and closing including associated logistics and spares activitiesMonitoring and analysis of Reliability & Maintainability figures and operational performance of in-service equipment support troubleshooting and fault finding activitiesUpdating and maintaining "as maintained" SW & HW ConfigurationReporting activitiesRequired Skills/KnowledgeBachelor's Degree in technical area or equivalent technical backgroundFrom 0 up to 3 years Experience in maintenance activities or equivalent Testing & Fault findingIncident/accident investigation Knowledge of technologiesMaintenance Railway Safety Rules & RegulationsStatistical analysis and "data management"Use of maintenance tools knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems; knowledge HW infrastructures (Server, Storage and Blade); knowledge of virtualized environments; knowledge of network infrastructures; knowledge of the English language; troubleshooting ability. Education/QualificationBachelor's Degree in technical area or Equivalent Technical Background.
