Primary Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review all documents required for closing of various corporate transaction.

- Analyze new potential site acquisitions from a risk management perspective in conjunction with underwriters as well as revenue enhancement opportunities for existing portfolio.

- Assist in generating deal flow and maintaining client relationships.

- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc.

- Manage litigation and potential litigation matters in cooperation with outside counsel

- Investigate and respond to claims and notices from clients, local jurisdictions, carriers, and competitors.

- Participate in the coordination and organization of due diligence materials & provide transactional support.

- Assist internal clients with research and data gathering assignments in support of client and prospect presentations.

- Ensures proper indexing and filing of original legal documents.

- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks.

- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.

- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents.

- Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.

).

- Draft and administer all non-transactional contracts.

- Negotiate deals and attend company meetings.

**Qualifications

**Education**:

- Juris doctorate or equivalent from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing of the bar in a state or territory of the United States

**Experience**:

- Must have 2-4 years of law experience

- Experience in real estate contract terms, conditions, and language related to the wireless telecom industry preferred but not required

**Technical Skills**:

- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management

- Additional language, Spanish, French, Portuguese preferred

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

- Strong analysis and reporting capability
