We would like to give you the chance to boost your career and learn more about Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling. What are your responsibilities as DevOps, Cloud Engineer? You will develop your career in our engineering department, contributing to define and implement a slick, robust and reliable cloud solution and champion DevOps culture and practices throughout our engineering teams, proportionally to your level of experience. You will write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and develop application deployment automation using industry standard deployment and configuration tools. You will implement and stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling. Our core software engineering department is based in Lucca where all the teams are working closely together in developing our products for our major industries such as banking, insurance, automotive and food and beverage.

Responsibilities:Assist in the design and implementation of our Cloud Solution. Contribute to writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Industry standard tools and services. Contribute to design and implement the infrastructure, system and tools used by our engineering team to develop, deploy and observe their application. Help design and implement CI/CD pipelines to provision and operate test as well as production environments. Provide systems support, including responding to monitoring alerts. Assist in writing application deployment automation using industry standard deployment and configuration tools. Work closely with our engineering teams to identify necessary Azure/AWS resources and automate their provisioning. Contribute to maintaining the infrastructure, its middleware, and services up-to-date. You may work in hybrid mode in our Lucca's office. What should you bring to CCH Tagetik part of Wolters Kluwer? You Must Have:Basic experience with one or more cloud providers: Azure or AWS. Basic experience with IaC tools (Terraform). Basic experience with Containers orchestration (such as Kubernetes, Docker). Basic experience with Configuration management tools (such as Chef). Basic experience with Source control management tool (Git). Basic experience with Continuous Integration tools (such as Jenkins). Experience with scripting (Bash). Problem solving and critical thinking skills. Demonstrable experience as DevOps or SRE (Site Reliability Engineer). Attitude to work in a team. Enthusiasm and passion for work. Flexibility, autonomy and proactivity. Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English. It is better if you also have knowledge of the following:Experience working with Agile / Scrum frameworks. Familiarity with managed Kubernetes services (EKS, AKS). Familiarity with service mesh, API gateway (Istio, Kong). Familiarity with GitOps practice and tools (ArgoCD). Familiarity with Elasticsearch stack (ELK), Grafana. Good scripting skills (Ruby, PowerShell, Python). Experience as Developer (Java, JavaScript, C#) is considered a plus.
