Join the industry's fastest growing technology company to shape that future today.  JMA has an opportunity for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in Bologna, Italy. The DevSecOps Engineer at JMA will build and enable CI/CD with a focus on productivity and increased efficiencies, support the Security team, and mentor team members in DevSecOps best practices. Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines: collaborate on building and securing CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated tests, vulnerability assessments, and deployment to on-premises environments. Script Automation and process improvement: use Python, Bash and Ansible to automate routine tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve efficiency in systems and processes. Security Integration in DevOps Practices: collaborate with the Security team to implement security practices across the DevOps lifecycle, including secure code reviews, automated security testing, and container scanning. Support R&D departments: collaborate with team leads and project managers to configure and customize project management and issue tracking tools. Manage and monitor DevSecOps tools. Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering or computer science. Proficiency in Python and Bash for automation and tool development. Good knowledges with Linux, including hands-on CLI experience. Proficient with Git, including branching, merging, and collaboration practices. Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and tools (e. g. , Jenkins). Knowledge of container technologies, such as Docker and/or Podman, and experience with container orchestration. Understanding of REST APIs and how to integrate them into automation scripts and applications. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tackling challenges. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and DevSecOps best practices. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
