We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Associate Director to lead the expansion of our Italian business within the Hospitality and other Real Estate sectors.

Join us and take your career to the next level!About the JobAs part of our ongoing growth in the Italian Project & Cost Management team, Cumming Group is seeking a forward-thinking Associate Director with expertise in the hotel and hospitality sectors.

You will play a key role in expanding our Italian portfolio, with a particular focus on the refurbishment and repositioning of existing hotels and the development new build hotel properties.

The role of an Associate Director includes the following responsibilities:Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, driving exceptional service delivery. Develop and implement long-term growth strategies to enhance our market position. Oversee the management of multiple projects, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering professional development and collaborative success. Actively contribute to winning new business, including drafting proposals and representing the company at key industry events. Ensure strict adherence to financial controls, project timelines, and quality standards. Manage and resolve disputes, outstanding fees, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality assurance standards. Key Attributes:The ability to –Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering complex projects. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams. Exceptional communication skills in both English and Italian, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the local, national, and international marketplace. Strong technical writing and client-facing communication abilities. Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering results. A collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude, who is approachable, diplomatic, and flexible. At least 15 years of technical delivery experience within a global construction consultancy. A minimum of 7 years' experience in hospitality, with a preference for luxury hospitality expertise. Experience in other Real Estate or Infrastructure sectors is a plus. Qualifications & Skills:A technical qualification in a construction-related discipline.
