Purpose of the Role Reporting to the Head of Global Commercial Growth, the key function of this role is to lead the global performance and insight agenda across all channels and portfolios as well as lead the global Commercial Performance & Insight (CP&I) team. This involves designing and governing sales reporting, communicating sales performance, analytics, and insights, as well as engaging in business results across the organization.
Education Experiences and other Requirements Minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial or salesStrong verbal English communication and presentation skillsStrong record of building and leading a high-performance teamExperienced in building best-in-class reporting metrics and tools (PowerBi)Strategic understanding of B2B sales organizations is preferredExperience in working with P&L and sales fundamentalsKnowledge of data managementKey Responsibilities Govern sales performance visibility and consistency: Manage and communicate the consolidated view of sales performance globallyMonitor and drive standards and consistency of sales reporting across countries and regions to ensure accuracy of information and enable comparative analysisEnsure sales data is utilized in effective and meaningful ways to drive actionEducate stakeholders on policies and guidelines coupled with training salesPerformance management in terms of supporting sales goals & KPI settingDrive sales insights and performance improvements: Support post-mortem evaluations of global initiatives by engaging in business results and driving performance against KPIs and understanding root causesPresent insights on sales performance by analyzing information to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends to inform strategic decision-makingCross-functional collaborating and leadership: Lead the global CP&I team and collaborate with various departments including Finance, Global Design Teams, and other regional teams to align reporting needs and drive consistent "one number" behaviorWhat we offer: A friendly and flexible work environment with competitive salaries, benefits package, ongoing development, and the opportunity to enhance your skills and deliver tangible results.
