Associate Director - Data Centre Construction
Job Description Due to the continued success and expansion of our Industrial, Science and Tech business in Milan, we are interested in speaking with Associate Directors (Project Management) with a proven background in Hi-Tech construction projects and programmes of work.
Your track record will have seen you manage at least one large scale project from one of the following subsectors Data Centers; Pharma / Life Sciences; Industrial; Manufacturing; Logistics or similarly complex asset class. Tasks: Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.
Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations.
Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
Managing project timelines, risks and reporting.
Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track.
Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants.
Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture Professional memberships desirable.
>10 years' experience managing large scale projects in the Data Center Industrial, Pharma, Manufacturing or Logistics sectors; Strong and current understanding of European design / code requirements and industry trends; Experienced in variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract.
Excellent command of written and spoken Italian as well as a professional English language level Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
