Due to the continued success and expansion of our Industrial, Science and Tech business in Milan, we are interested in speaking with **Associate Directors** (Project Management) with a proven background in Hi-Tech** construction**projects and programmes of work. Your track record will have seen you manage at least one large scale project from one of the following subsectors **Data Centers; Pharma / Life Sciences; Industrial; Manufacturing; Logistics**or similarly complex asset class**.

**Tasks**:

- Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.

- Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.

- Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations.

- Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.

- Managing project timelines, risks and reporting.

- Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track.

- Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants.

- Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives.

**Qualifications

- A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture

- Professional memberships desirable.

- 10 years' experience managing large scale projects in the Data Center Industrial, Pharma, Manufacturing or Logistics sectors;

- Strong and current understanding of European design / code requirements and industry trends;

- Experienced in variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract.

- Excellent command of written and spoken Italian as well as a professional English language level

- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients
