** Join our Italy Hub IT team (Italy, Eastern Europe & Israel) as an IT Business Partner, where you'll help shape innovative solutions that enhance healthcare.

**What You'll**Be Doing**:

As an IT Business Partner, you will be the **key link between IT and business teams**, ensuring that technology drives business success.

Your role will involve **business understanding**, **strategic planning**, knowledge of tech innovations and continuous evaluation of IT service performance to ensure alignment with business expectations.

You'll acts as our team's **account manager**, to partner with the different business functions and the rest of local&international IT teams to enable business results **by embracing innovative technology**, including artificial intelligence and machine learning.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Partner with **Sales**, ** Marketing, Medical, Finance, HR**, and other business teams to **understand their needs** and identify digital opportunities.

- ** Collaborate** with regional and global IT teams** to align strategies and share best practices.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including **AI and Machine Learning**, to drive business innovation.

- Lead and contribute to **Organizational Change Management (**OCM) initiatives** to facilitate digital transformation.

- Actively participate in Italy Hub **cross-functional governance bodies** to bring IT expertise to strategic discussions.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science**, or a related field.

- ** At least** 5 years of experience** in an IT Business Partner or similar role within a multinational pharmaceutical company.

- ** Fluent** in Italian and English** (professional level).

- ** MBA**.

- Experience in **team leadership**.
