Passionate about tech and looking to make a real difference in people's lives? Join our Italy Hub IT team (Italy, Eastern Europe & Israel) as an IT Business Partner, where you'll help shape innovative solutions that enhance healthcare.

What You'll Be Doing: As an IT Business Partner, you will be the key link between IT and business teams, ensuring that technology drives business success.

Your role will involve business understanding, strategic planning, knowledge of tech innovations, and continuous evaluation of IT service performance to ensure alignment with business expectations.

You'll act as our team's account manager, partnering with the different business functions and the local & international IT teams to enable business results by embracing innovative technology, including artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Your key responsibilities: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, HR, and other business teams to understand their needs and identify digital opportunities. Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to align strategies and share best practices. Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI and Machine Learning, to drive business innovation. Lead and contribute to Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives to facilitate digital transformation. Actively participate in Italy Hub cross-functional governance bodies to bring IT expertise to strategic discussions. What you need to succeed: Curious and innovative, with a passion for digital transformation. A strong communicator, capable of explaining complex tech concepts in a clear and engaging way. A strategic thinker, able to analyze business needs and propose effective IT solutions. An influencer who can lead without authority. A team player, who enjoys collaborating across different teams and functions. Must-Have Qualifications: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in an IT Business Partner or similar role within a multinational pharmaceutical company. Fluent in Italian and English (professional level).
