Kroll has grown significantly within the last 5 years expanding service lines and industry specializations.

To continue this growth, we are looking for a motivated Associate Director who can join our Real Estate Transactions business and lead our growth, based in our Agrate Brianza office.

The core of our activity is the promotion of buy and sell side transactions - on behalf of institutional and corporate clients - from the scouting and analysis of opportunities all the way through to execution.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Client presentations, marketing material and other commercial documents

- Client offers and engagement proposals and attendance in client meetings

- Business plan, valuation and underwriting of single assets and portfolios, preparation of commercial opinions

- Researching target industries, market and competitor information

- Reading and reviewing source documentation for valuations including primary legal documents

- Working with management to build and maintain client relationships

- Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor or master's degree in Economics/Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering.

Nice to have: Master in Real Estate

- advanced use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, analytical skills and numeracy

- Italian and English proficient (written and verbal)

- presentation, communication, commercial mindset, enthusiastic and energetic personality, positive "can do" attitude, eager to learn and grow professionally

- Demonstrable experience in real estate investment company, asset management co. (SGR/other), brokerage, real estate consultancies, big 4 audit firms, financial advisory business

- English fluency to be able to confidently interact with clients and senior management.

Domain of MS Office package, availability to travel, driving license (B)

- real estate broker license (patentino agente immobiliare) preferred
