RESPONSIBILITIES:

Building client relationships and acting as a direct contact with current and prospective clientsInterviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagementProviding insight and expertise on target industries, market and competitor informationManaging valuation analysis, including determining appropriate valuation methodology and building and reviewing financial modelsIdentifying and communicating potential engagements to managementSupervising and mentoring staff on analyses, reports, and presentations REQUIREMENTS:

DCF, comparable company, stock option, and intangible asset modelsKnowledge of Italian civil code, tax regulations as well as Italian and International Accounting Standards and professional accreditations such as Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista), Statuary Auditor (Revisore Legale) or CFA will be considered a plus.

Demonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing client relationships and mentoring and developing staffStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communitiesExperience working with diverse teams
