Job Purpose
Within our Human Resources Department, reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the resource will provide support specifically to training & development matters.
He/she will ovrsee the onboarding phase, advising personnel for all HR policies, procedures and practices and aim to provide general support to HR colleagues as needed.
**Rôle et Responsabilités
**Main Tasks
Managing the operational side of HR topics.
Providing an advisory service to employees on HR matters.
Processing and maintaining organization internal tools and systems.
Drive special HR projects as needed.
**Qualifications/Requirements
Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects on operational HR activities
Strong and Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office
Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Personal accountability, initiative and strong problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
**Skills and Qualifications
- Has substantial understanding on the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
- Normally receives little instruction on everyday work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments
