**Key Responsibilities**:

You will be required to draft marketing materials, including pitches for clients and presentations, work on financial models, providing support for the activities of senior members of the team on a day-to-day basis, including supporting the structuring and the execution of live transactions.

**What you need to demonstrate**:

Minimum 4 years of relevant M&A, and advisory experience

Excellent modelling skills acquired in another Investment Bank, boutique, fund, or similar institution

Fluent in Italian and in English is a must

Ability to work well under pressure

Being a self-starter

Very good interpersonal and client management skills
