As part of our Global Offerings team, Channel Dynamics and OneKey are leading services providing our Pharma clients the needed capabilities that allow them to better plan salesforce activities and measure the impact of salesforce investments.

The deep transformation of Pharma world requires new tools to deal with the challenges imposed by medical information.

The growth of digital solutions and the need for more customized technological solutions are the new challenges with regards to the way Pharma companies interact with Healthcare professionals.

Global Offerings team provide are the major tools that help our clients dealing with these radical changes.

The team is looking for a **Global Offerings** **Analytics and Insights Associate Manager** who will work close to Global Offering Managers, Sales and R&D to innovate existing offerings and develop new ML based services to be possibly leveraged at global level

She/he plays a fundamental role in supporting business growth by analyzing different/ new datasets, allowing the company to develop new offerings which match client's real needs and to accelerate Global Offering team's time to market.

- Be responsible of the ongoing development and automation of ML solutions based on Healthcare Big Data (Physician, Patient) and of the development and deployment of new offerings connected to Global Offerings.

- Monitor and analyze **internal and external data** to develop business insights, implications and recommendations for action

- Identify **market development opportunities and** **issues **within the business unit and design **offering innovations.

- ** Support the team **in commercial activities / customer caring with a specific focus on data & insights.

**Qualifications

- Master's Degree or PhD in Quantitative Analysis, Economics, Statistics (STEM) or relevant field

- 3-years relevant data analytics experience in Corporate or Consulting companies

- Requested programming skills (e. g.

R, Python, SAS)

- Communication skills and commercial attitude

- Fluent in Italian and English (speaking and writing), knowledge in other European languages could be helpful

- Pharmaceutical experience/knowledge will be considered a plus

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and client
