Associate Manager Sales Enablement
Essential Job Functions**:
- Support the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
- Assist in the design and delivery of sales training programs, contributing to content development.
- Work closely with sales leaders to identify training needs, prioritize areas for improvement, and provide support.
- Participate in the analysis of sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes.
- May be responsible for managing a small team of sales enablement professionals, offering guidance and support.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sales enablement programs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
- Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
**Other Qualifications**:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus
