Associate, Marketing Operations, Italy & Greece
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH As the Associate, Marketing Operations, Italy & Greece, you will report to the Brand Marketing Director, South.
You will directly collaborate and partner with the Brand Marketing team and Energy Marketing, but also with the country functional teams: Sports Marketing, Communications and Retail marketing teams.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Your core duties will include:
1) Energy Marketing Seeding Management
Supporting the preparation, arrangement, and coordination of all relationship meetings.
Supporting the management of the inventory system to facilitate product distribution and release of product from the warehouse.
Creating sales orders (SAP) and tracking orders to ensure the EM team hits targeted seeding dates, including receiving and unpacking incoming product orders.
Organizing product pick-ups and delivery of products to relationships.
Managing and running the stock room.
Supporting thorough product status updates to the Energy & Brand Management teams every week.
2) Brand Marketing Operations & Brand Activation support.
Working with leaders across the Italian brand marketing organization on efficient budget management, including support with POs, etc. , for Brand Management, Retail Marketing & Energy Marketing.
Providing product management support to the broader marketing team, focusing on Energy & Brand Management teams in Italy.
Providing operational & executional support to brand activations happening in Italy in close collaboration with the Brand and Energy Marketing team.
You will also help put into place the learning agenda and monitor KPIs, as we continually evaluate the work, our approach, and how we evolve (knowledge of marketing science and data is a bonus). You will be the owner of seasonal recaps inclusive of findings and opportunities, delivering best practices and standards.
