As Associate Marketing Specialist of Aortic, you will be responsible for driving marketing programs to accelerate aortic disease therapy.
Under supervision, you will design and implement marketing strategies which may include establishing marketing plans, therapy development, competitive strategy and product management.
Conduct and interpret market research results to inform product strategy and positioning.
Interface with country marketers in development of marketing plan and provide ongoing support with therapy and product expertise.
**A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Execute marketing and product strategies for aortic therapies.
- Support in product planning and management.
- Support creation and deployment of marketing materials in WE and CEMA.
- Work closely with country marketers to drive execution of the country marketing plans
- Facilitate and coordinate marketing activities with countries to build partnerships and drive business results
- Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion
- Responsibilities may also include: coordinating congress activities, developing marketing materials, tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree
High-performing individual; self-starter; strong track record of project execution
Strong work ethic, results-oriented
Strategic and analytical thinker, problem solver
Passion to win
Ability to collaborate and influence to drive execution
Potential to manage complex programs independently
Fluent in English, other languages are considered a plus
Strong knowledge of Excel and Marketing Analytics
**Nice To Have**:
Power BI and Tableau knowledge.

Location: Home based (with preference in Milan area) - travel time approx.
40%
Contract: 1 year fixed term contract
