They are looking for an Associate to join the New Countries team based in Milan. What the job involvesIdentify and evaluate new business opportunities including but not limited to greenfield, co-development and acquisition of Wind, BESS and Solar energy projectsParticipate in/coordinate the development process from origination to Closing/Notice to ProceedCollaborate with project specialists and advisors to support a project's development/acquisition processObtain internal approvals to allow projects to progress, preparing documentation for Investment Committee approval, and handover to ECReport on project development status to management via written reports and participation in weekly callsCoordinate AFC and legal to ensure transaction terms are as favorable to the company as possible for projectsWho we are looking forRelevant experience in project development in Renewables #J-18808-Ljbffr
