To adequately support our growth, we are looking for a successful manager eager for new professional challenges to join as an Associate Partner of the European leader in Interim Management for the Italian office. Position: The Partner, who will rely on a high-level professional service offering and a supportive organizational structure, will personally participate in the development and management of the assignments generated and will have an attractive economic package, including a fixed salary and a challenging variable component. We are looking for a manager with a solid career as an Executive, a strongly operational approach, and a decisively sales-oriented mindset, with proven business development skills and the ability to interpret interpersonal dynamics and strategic vision as keys to success. Requirements: Operational experience as a manager, preferably as an Interim Manager with previous experiences with Italian or foreign providers or consulting firms, to manage assignments as a supervisor. Development of high-value commercial activities, with high-profile contacts (HR Directors, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, etc. ) in medium and large companies.
