**Your Role and Responsibilities
Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Associate Partner (AP) for its Advisory & Implementation Services (A&IS) unit.
A&IS mission is consulting and infrastructure project services, with a focus on IT Strategy and Transformation, Hybrid Infrastructure, Next Generation Networking and Edge Computing, Data & Application, Security.
Responsibilities, and supporting competencies, span across four domains: Sales, Consulting Delivery, Subject Matter Expertise and People Leadership.
**Sales Domain**:
- Demonstrates success in developing pipeline to achieve signings targets
- Leads or has participated in complex sales efforts, seeks appropriate assistance as required, and has positive impact on sales closure
- Pulls teams together in streamlined sales efforts, able to reach across Kyndryl and A&IS offerings to team effectively
- Able to drive smaller sales efforts, to close after initial identification with mínimal oversight and support
- Has participated in sales cycles across multiple A&IS offering solutions and has been exposed to a diverse set of client proposals
- Has been exposed to sales involving global resourcing components
**Consulting Delivery Domain**:
- Solutions consultant teams, based on skills required to meet SOW requirements and leads consulting engagements
- Demonstrates a lead role in resolving a complex contract, client, solution, technical or political issues which are critical to delivery
- Delivers complex projects and/or fixed price components with mix of global, local and subcontractor employees and product development challenges to price case and client satisfaction
- Proactively seeks assistance in difficult delivery situations; gets right SMEs involved in delivery as required
- Instills in clients a sense of confidence, trust and credibility; builds and sustains strong, long-term relationships as demonstrated through NPS scores or development of client success stories
**Subject Matter Expertise Domain
- Recognized internally within Kyndryl as a service area or industry community leader
- Area of expertise is of strategic value for Kyndryl and the marketplace
- Demonstrates ability to adapt and grow expertise into newly emerging topics
- Has experience (and/or willingness) to increase Kyndryl's intellectual property assets by expanding existing A&IS offerings, developing new offers, developing or improving consulting methods, tools and techniques
**People Leadership Domain
- Role model to others outside of project team(s); large sphere of influence
- Directly responsible for helping to build and manage a specific service area, including hiring and development of staff
- Effectively collaborates across service areas, functions or entities while inspiring a positive employee experience and enhanced climate
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The role requires 5+ years experience in:
- consulting industry and skills aligned to the above specialization
- selling and solutioning IT consulting and project engagements
- establishing and sustaining mid-level or higher client relationships
- solutioning IT technology consulting and project engagements including leading SOW writing and pricing
- leading the delivery of consulting and project engagements
- leading teams in the execution of consulting and project engagements and in growing teams to meet client and market expectations
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Experience in managing pipelines
- Participation in proposals including multiple solutions, for diverse set of clients and involving global resourcing components
