**Your Role and Responsibilities
Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Associate Partner (AP) for its Advisory & Implementation Services (A&IS) unit.
A&IS mission is consulting and infrastructure project services, aligned with the six Kyndryl Global Practices (Cloud, Mainframe, Networking and Edge Computing, Data & Application, Security & Resiliency).
Responsibilities and related competencies are focused on the following domains:
Subject Matter Expertise Domain:
- Become recognized within Kyndryl and with clients and business partners as a service area leader on the above specialization
- Adapt and grow expertise into newly emerging topics related to the above specialization
- Expand existing A&IS offerings, developing or improving new offers, consulting methods, tools and techniques
Sales Domain:
- Develop pipeline to achieve signings targets
- Lead or participate in complex sales efforts
- Pull teams together in streamlined sales efforts, across A&IS and other Kyndryl units
- Drive smaller sales efforts, to close after initial identification with mínimal oversight and support
Consulting Delivery Domain:
- Lead consulting engagements
- Has a lead role in resolving a complex contract, client, solution, technical or political issues which are critical to delivery
- Deliver consulting activities
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships as demonstrated through NPS scores or development of client success stories
People Leadership Domain:
- Be a coach or mentor for consultants or professionals in specialization area
- Be a role model to others outside of project team(s)
- Directly responsible for helping to build and manage a specific service area, including hiring and development of staff
- Effectively collaborate across service areas, functions or entities
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The role requires experience in:
- consulting industry and skills aligned to the above specialization
- selling and solutioning IT consulting and project engagements
- establishing and sustaining mid-level or higher client relationships
- solutioning IT technology consulting and project engagements including leading SOW writing and pricing
- leading the delivery of consulting and project engagements
- leading teams in the execution of consulting and project engagements and in growing teams to meet client and market expectations
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Experience in managing pipelines
- Participation in proposals including multiple solutions, for diverse set of clients and involving global resourcing components
