**Associate Partner Manager (Italy)**:
BigCommerce, named a "Best Place to Work" in Austin, is looking for an Associate Partner Manager to help nurture and scale a rapidly growing technology partner ecosystem.
The Associate Partner Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and programmatically managing a large ecosystem of technology partners.
You will work closely with the partner marketing and partner operations team to ensure scalable and effective engagement with our partners, to help them grow their business on the BigCommerce platform.
**What you'll do**:
- Acquire and manage technology partners in the Italian market.
- Grow revenue and sales pipeline souced by partners.
- Develop success metrics for each partnership, including specific KPIs that drive revenue growth for BigCommerce.
- Create and also work with the partner marketing team to design, implement and scale co-marketing activities for your partners.
- Work with partners to drive joint marketing initiatives through marketing campaigns.
- Become an expert on the BigCommerce platform, complementary ecosystem technologies, product roadmap and company vision.
- Work closely with the sales leadership to learn how your partners can help us win more revenue.
**Who You Are
Successful Software or SaaS Sales Professional
- 3+ years software or SaaS channel or partner ecosystem experience with a focus on partner management in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a Recurring Revenue or SaaS organization
- Keen understanding of a variety of eCommerce platforms including Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or similar field preferred.

Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and client / partner relationship skills are critical.
