- Develop the ability to identify and target new business opportunities;

- Negotiate insurance/reinsurance terms at international level with worldwide based counterparties;

- Contribute to build reinsurance/insurance solutions to meet Clients' needs;

- Gather data and information in order to properly approach the international market;

**What you need to have**:

- Master's Degree;

- Min 2/3 years' experience in the insurance industry (Insurance Companies, MGAs, Brokers, Reinsurers);

- Previous exposure to one or more Insurance LoBs;

- Problem solving, analytical and business mindset;

- Commercial and relational skills (with Italian and International Counterparties) and ability to negotiate at an international level;

- Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages.

Third foreign language will be considered as a plus.
