Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

As an Associate Product Manager within the Core Platform Product Management team, you are responsible for evaluating opportunities and determining the roadmap for the evolution of the domain you're assigned. - You are accountable over the roadmap delivered by the team of engineers you work with- You determine and suggest improvements to product features. - You prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines- You coordinate with the engineering team to deliver functional solutions- You define, implement and monitor KPI and use them to drive roadmap prioritization and issue resolution- You create support and training documents for internal and external users- You report to the Product Manager and collaborate with the overall product team. - You coordinate findings with the product team and align them with business goals- You contribute to defining the overall product vision for the area of your responsibility globally. - You train internal departments on new product features and provide support to customers. - You develop efficient customer communication and feedback channels. - You manage stakeholder expectations and weigh their needs against wider business benefits. - You actively manage communications with all your stakeholders ensuring everyone is updated.
