About the Role

This is an opportunity to join the Project & Infrastructure team, of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.

This is an entry level role, where you will be working with very experienced finance professionals, with which you will have the opportunity to develop a high level of proficiency in credit analysis, project finance, financing markets, credit underwriting and origination.

You will be fully involved in live transactions, as follows:

Transaction assessment

- Analysis of technical, market and legal due-diligence

- Analysis of cash flow models

- Industry analysis

Presenting transactions for approval

- Preparation of credit memoranda

- Presentation of memoranda to credit committee

Transaction execution

- Review and execution of transaction documentation

Portfolio management

- Review of transaction performance over time

- Analysis of industry trends etc.

- Involvement in portfolio projects on a case-by-case basis.

**About the Team

We are a very well-established team of 10 professionals within Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.

Working with a diverse range of financial institutions, we deploy capital in Project and Infrastructure Finance transactions, seeking to a variety of objectives one of which is achieving growth of the business and our activities.

**About you

- Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Finance

- Ability to evaluate detailed and complex information

- Strong presentation skills (written and verbal)

- Comfortable in engaging with internal and external stakeholders

- Able to work independently

- Effective teammate

The role may require your availability during non-office hours.
