Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a Project manager for the introduction of new products in the portfolio of the Insulin Module, taking care of coordinating equipment/process/operations modifications in the different impacted areas within the module (Formulation, Filling, Visual Inspection) and ensuring the appropriate involvement of all the site support functions and of the other departments if needed (Facility, Utilities, Device Assembly, Packaging, Logistics, etc. . . ).
The resource will coordinate the activities of several professionals and technical SMEs, guiding the project team through technology transfer, equipment and processes qualification and process validation, keeping a close contact with the Operations Leaders (Process Team and Flow Team Leaders) and with Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams to define appropriate registration strategies and to guarantee a fast and smooth transition of the new products into routine production.
The role will be the primary contact for global development/commercialization teams, representing the manufacturing site.
**Responsibilities**:
Project management and technical oversight from the tech transfer, to qualification, validation and production
Timeline definition and activities scheduling/control
Constant alignment between the different technical functions and the HSE/Quality/Regulatory Affairs teams
Financial control of Capital Expenses and respect of budgets
Project team leader
Primary contact with global development/commercialization team and c ontinuous cooperation with local and global functions
Periodic senior management update on project scope, timing and budget
Evaluation and definition of needs in terms of competences and proficiencies
**Basic Requirements**:
Master's degree in scientific/technical field (Engineering prefered)
3+ years experience in pharma environment
Demonstrated experience in coordination, planning, conflicts management and problem solving
Curiosity, attention to details, scientific approach, proactivity, autonomy
Fluent English
**Additional Information**:
Travelling in EU/US needed in specific project phases
