Associate Specialist Pricing
The Associate Specialist Pricing has a key role in the commercial department with regards to Pricing and Business Analysis. In close collaboration with the pricing team, you will: Responsibilities: Contribute to the overall coordination of the pricing policy and business analysis. Ensure accurate and timely data & price entry by uploading and maintaining list prices and price discounts linked to contractual agreements or public tenders. Support the implementation and maintenance of systems, continuously reevaluating current tools and ways of working to standardize processes and drive efficiency. Contribute to SOX controls performance reviews, ensuring all SOPs (standard operating procedures) & WIs (work instructions) are correctly executed and kept up to date. Help facilitate the implementation of strategic annual price increases for the divisions. Contribute to analyses and provide periodic analytical business reports of the Stryker business, cross-divisional opportunities, and healthcare market trends. Work on dashboard/management reporting using tools like PowerBi, Excel, and DataPine, specifically connecting Tender management to analytics. Support the business with key analytics to improve cross-divisional collaboration and pipeline management. Contribute to specific data analyses to provide insights for price dispute prevention and mitigation. Build and provide accurate and insightful reports on a timely and ad hoc basis to drive pricing optimization through productivity and efficiency. Manage price overlaps/lack/discrepancies in close relationship with Customer Service and kit booking. Manage the complete process of Sales Force offers and simple offers (requested from Sales team or Customers) to guarantee correct and prompt items and prices uploading contextually to the administrative form. Being in a dynamic and challenging environment, we are looking for someone who enjoys working together, is a people's person, and is a multi-tasker to deliver high quality within a short deadline. Education: - Bachelor's degree (commercial sciences, business administration, finance, accounting, IT…) is a plus. Experience: - 1-3 years of relevant work experience in pricing management. Competencies: Very good knowledge of Oracle software and PowerBi. Very good knowledge of Office 365 (Excel focus). Strong analytical skills. Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to handle large data sets. Ability to work independently, within guidelines and procedures, to achieve global organizational goals. Problem-solving mindset. Able to simplify complex processes through planning and organization.
