We are looking for talented and motivated tax attorneys for our Milan tax practice. The ideal candidate will be expected to:Make legal researches on tax law; Proactively participate in drafting and reviewing memos, opinions, presentations and numerical models for clients; Proactively assist in day-to-day clients' requests; Provide advice to multinational companies on their domestic and international tax needs; Liaise with foreign external consultants of our network; Provide tax assistance on M&A transactions and cross-border business restructurings; Attend meetings with client and keep minutes and other administrative tasks as may be required. Requisites:Master degree in economics or law, ideally with a major in tax; Qualified Lawyer or chartered accountant (Dottore Commercialista); Sound knowledge of domestic and international tax, VAT and transfer pricing rules; 4-6 years' of experiencein the field of tax advisory to medium/large multinational groups; Fluent in English (otherspoken languages are a plus); Be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
