Associate Technology Transfer Project Manager

You will be part of a dynamic environment, working closely with every function (i. e. manufacturing, supply chain, quality. . . ) and with external Clients. As a Technology Transfer Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring client's happiness and business growth.
The Technology Transfer Project Manager is part of the Business Management Department and coordinates and owns the technology transfer process and scale up of new pharmaceutical products introduced in our commercial manufacturing departments.
The scope of the position covers three major areas: Technical Excellence, Client Experience and Relationship Management Growth. Specifically, you will carry out the following duties:
- Ensure that client's requirements related to the acquired project order are received and processed by our internal functions.
- Convening the Tech Transfer interdisciplinary groups, assigning and coordinating the tasks related to the introduction of new processes/projects within the site.
- Coordination and control of the project progress, the continuous contact with the clients, identification and troubleshooting of the technical problems supported by the specialists of involved functions.
- Support to the optimization of the production process, with continuous efforts of uplifting the savings in what concerns the technical side, while always in respect of the cGMP and company procedures.
- Support the Site Technical Business Manager with the definition of the technical risks related to the acquisition of the new job orders and with the definition of new business opportunities while meeting with the existing/potential clients.
**How will you get there?
**Required skills
- Msc in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologies or related scientific fields
- At least 2 years of experience within a GMP manufacturing facility, good knowledge of the technical aspects of pharmaceutical Industry and CMO manufacturing processes
- Experience with sterile manufacturing is strongly preferred
- Experience in leading projects, and validated project management skills
- Customer-focused, excellent relationships skills at all levels
- Ability to motivate, coordinate and guide multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent English and Italian (speaking, reading, writing)
