Pandora Italia is looking for a brilliant Temporary Assortment Planner (6 months) for our SEMEA cluster based in our offices in Milan.

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Assortment Planner owns the cluster jewelry product & sellable POSM assortment from planning through execution.

This role contributes as the assortment analytical function to the cluster management team and leads assortment activities through all seasonal stages from newness planning, base assortment sales plans, to sales analysis/post-mortem for collection/categories.

He/She own local pricing and implement price changes in alignment with global team.

The Assortment planning team must partner with cluster leadership team to deliver financial results, maximize profits and analyze competitors and trends.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

**Merchandise Financial Forecasting

Supports in planning/forecasting total assortment and translate global strategies to financial sales plans.

Collaborate with MFP team for seasonal/quarterly financial target setting

**New Product Introduction

Supports in analysing/preparing newness needs & local request briefs to global

Helps with newness selection and financial planning for cluster incl.

partner packages

Supports with sales and unit forecasting submission for all markets & channels (E2, Market Forecast)

**Assortment Management

Supports in planning cluster / market assortment size based on global strategies optimize against ideal assortment structure (collection / category / price range / metal)

Implement global product life-cycle guidance and end of season exit strategies

Manage Product & Assortment local data enrichment

**Trade Review, Reporting & Analysis

Supports with in-season sales performance analysis and collaborate with cluster team to develop strategies to improve KPIs

Hindseight sales performance to identify opportunities for future assortment needs, especially in relation to cycle post mortem

Expert and deep knowledge of category and DV perfomance, monetizing trends into strong merchandising plans

promotion & commercial activation analyses & hindseights (gift sets, PWP, promos)

**Product pricing & margin

Collaborate with global for newness GRRP finalization

Assist with GRRP to LRRP conversion for all cluster markets and set wholesale pricing

Collaborate with global for newness GRRP and cycle post mortem

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Strong, seasoned, technical merchandise planner with international/global vertical retailing, omni experience

- 3+ years of solid experience working within Merchandising and/or Consumer Insights, Demand Planning

- Experience from retail, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG industry

- Fluent in Italian and English
