Quality Assurance

To manage all aspects of specification technical support required by Commercial Team and to drive a business winning and growth culture.

Detailed Role Description

- First point of contact for assigned customers, supporting the commercial team in the technical area

- First point of contact for new UK customers (industry & retail)

- Write and update specifications for customers in the area of responsibility, following approval process through specific customer software

- Be informed and updated on customer requirements, code of practice, wow and be responsible to circulate guidelines, making sure they are followed in new product development

- Be responsible for Claims generation and validation with the customer

- Be responsible for Quality standards generation and validation

- In cooperation with the packaging team contributes to the AW process, making sure each step is performed OTIF

- Responsible for the definition of label size and content, including variable data

- Participate to 1st production of new items and check that all the products attributes are in line with the specification

- Organize shipment of first production and Production test samples required by customers

- Take care of completing documents required by customers

- Manage activities in AS400

**Qualifications**:

University Degree

One year of experience

Fluency in English
