Gi Group is seeking for an important client**:

Quality Assurance

To manage all aspects of specification technical support required by Commercial Team and to drive a business winning and growth culture.

Detailed Role Description

First point of contact for assigned customers, supporting the commercial team in the technical area

Write and update specifications for customers in the area of responsibility, following approval process through specific customer software

Be informed and updated on customer requirements, code of practice

Be responsible for Claims generation and validation with the customer

Be responsible for Quality standards generation and validation

Analyze the information generated through statistical tools, to establish quality indicators, trends, detection of opportunities for improvement, consumer satisfaction, as well as action plans, with the aim of adapting to the needs of customers / by markets

Participate & review to 1st production of new products and check that all the products attributes are in line with the specification and Quality Target Product Profile.

Organize shipment of first production and Production test samples required by customers

Manage activities in AS400 or SAP

Generate knowledge to provide feedback to the food quality and safety system, as well as the matrix of technical requirements during the entire marketing process of our products in all markets

Coordinate quality aspects in transversal projects, giving support to the commercial area and promoting the Customer centic experience model, with the aim of increasing the rate of customer loyalty to our quality products and services

**Qualifications**:

University Degree

One year of experience

Fluency in English
